Anthony Waddy married, as his first wife, Ann Parke, probably a sister of Sarah Parke and they had at least one daughter, Hannah.

In 1714, Mr John Park and Anthony Waddy's tithables be added to John Bacon's precinct for clearing the highway (very likely, Anthony Waddy was living with his father in law, John Park) Anthony Waddy was a patentee of lands on Locust Creek in 1721. He married second to Sarah Parke, daughter of John Parke, of New Kent County, Virginia. By 1733 he was living in St. Martin's Parish, Havover County, Virginia. On 9 January 1733 he sold land adjoining Mechumps Creek, Hanover County, Virginia, to John Anderson (whose property adjoined that of Francis Smith and Elizabeth Waddy Smith)

" Ordered into one precinct for processioning the Lands of George Vaughn, Widdow Frazer, John Joyner, Benj. Alsop, Martin Baker, William Thacker, John Ragland, Anthony Winston's Orphans, Anthony Waddy, Chas. Lewis, Rich'd Harris, Barbara Winston, John Bacon, Rich'd Harris's Orphans and that George Vaughn and Wm. Thacker do see the said processioning performd, who made the following return, According to the within order the Lands within mention'd hath been peaceably processiond in presence of the proprietors, & us the Subscribers, March 1739.
