  General Notes:

Gladys and Justice lived outside of Huntsville, Butler County. In June of 1980 Justice and Gladys were involved in a Trailway Bus crash on their way to Louisville. Justice was killed outright and Gladys died three years later of complications from the crash. They are both buried at Riverview Cemetery in Morgantown.

Justice married Gladys Josephine Goodall, daughter of Elbert Benjamin Goodall and Martha Ellen (Mattie) Havens, on 29 Aug 1948. (Gladys Josephine Goodall was born on 5 Jul 1907 in Kentucky, died on 25 Jun 1983 and was buried in 1983 in Riverview Cemetery, Morgantown, Butler County, Kentucky.)
