Possible parents: Isaac and Elizabeth Willoughby. Have seen dates for Isaac listed as birth 1750 in North carolina and death 1792 in Bertie County, NC. However, these dates seem off, when compared to Jefferson's birthdate.
Mentioned somewhere on the internet that Jefferson Willoughby was married to Elizabeth in Jackson County, Tennessee in 1828.
Jefferson married Elizabeth Wilson. (Elizabeth Wilson was born about 1818 in Kentucky.)
