land situate lying and being now in the county of Bullitt on the waters of
Wilsons Creek adjoining Joseph COLLARD and Peter RICKETTS containing one
hundred and fifty acres in the year 1791 according to the bond of James
SAMUELS deceased To Hold the said tract or parcel of land and appurtenances
unto them the said John SHAWLER the interest of TENNER (possibly a given name
rather than surname?) & wife and of Malin and Jona HATFIELD and to John
SHAWLER and Mary his wife, Thomas HATFIELD, Isaac HATFIELD, Luke GREEN and
Martha his wife ( ) LARD/LAND and Ann his wife, Nathan and David
HATFIELD their heirs, executors and administrators and to their only proper
use and behoof forever.
