The baptism date presents an interesting problem. Obviously, if she was baptised in 1602, then she could not have died before then. Additionally, was adult baptism practiced back then? I am now wondering if the baptism is for another Katherine Maplesden. The handwriting of father's name listed in the record is illegible.
