Either Daniel & Harriet were divorced or Harriet died between 1860 - 1867. He remarried in 1867 and is listed on the 1870 census with his new wife, who was named Lucretia Hammack. Also listed are two of his daughters by Harriet (Margaret & Martha A). Lucretia had two children from her previous marriage living with them as well: William (14) & Mary (11).
