Maritje DELANGE Sex: F Birth: ABT 1684 in Ulster Co, NY Christening: 19 OCT 1684 Kingston, Ulster Co, NY Note: Note: --[Kingston Bapt] # 393: Sponsors, William JANZE and Mary JANS,1684. [JDB] Maritje baptised Kingston 1684. As noted in the notes for Maria, (RIN number 2788), there were two Maritjes associated with the family of Arie Fransen. One married 1707Johannes BOKEE/BOKE, 2nd. 1715 to Jan TOMASSE. She was born Esopus, Ulster Co. Jannetje and Frans served as sponsors for some of her children. She was dead by 1719. The other Maritje married 1702 Jacob KEYSER at which time she said she was born and resident of Mombachus, Dutchess Co. Willemtje was sponsor for one of her children. Perhaps one of the Maritjes was the Maria (RIN 2788). --[AF] gives Mary De LANGE chr. 19 Oct 1684,Rochester, Monroe, New York, and her spouse as Jacob KEYSER. Change Date: 29 DEC 1995 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Have seen her listed as having a 2nd marriage to Johannes Bokee 28 Dec 1706, however I don't believe this was the same person.
