Have seen last name listed as Gorbeck, but since I can find no Gorbecks in any of the censuses of the time & one of the witnesses of her marriage to Jackson was also named Jarboe, I am abandoning the Gorbeck name and proceeding with Jarboe.

Have seen her listed as marrying a William R Hopper on 17 Apr 1850. I suppose thise could have been a first marriage, but since she was counted on the census with husband Alfred Parsons with the date of September 13th, she would have had to have been widowed and then remarried inside of 5 months.

Mary married Jackson Edwards, son of Moses Edwards and Mary Tweedle, on 8 Dec 1859 in Hancock County, Kentucky. (Jackson Edwards was born about 1817 in Kentucky.)
Mary next married Alfred Parsons. (Alfred Parsons was born about 1821 in Kentucky and died before 1859.)
